Calling All Golfers

 

Mark your calendars – October 9 for The Learning Garden’s 7^th Annual Golf Tournament at Rotonda Long Marsh Golf Course.

• 4-Person Scramble check-in begins at 10:00am

• Putting & Chipping contests at 11:00am

• Shotgun Start 12:00 noon.

Set your own team or have committee assist you. Entry fee is $65 ($30 tax deductible) and includes 18 holes of golf with cart, buffet dinner, beverages and prizes. Buffet, prizes, etc. will be held at the pavilion on Ingraham Blvd in South Gulf Cove. following the tournament.

For non-golfers who wish to partake of the food and festivities, the cost is $12. Call Ann Yee, 941-697-2556 or Marge Miller, 941-697-8878 if you plan to attend. Public is welcome. Deadline for entry is September 30, 2010.

Volunteers needed to help with the buffet dinner. Ann Yee is looking for help setting up, cooking, serving, bartending, clean up, etc. Please call Ann at 941-697-2556 if you would like to volunteer.
